
Inakay
is a Filipino term from two root words:
Ina
meaning mother and Kay
which means to lead by the hand or be guided by. It is also the term used for a fledgling, a young bird learning to fly.
Differently-abled children, with their vulnerabilities are carefully hand-held and led towards their next stage of growth and development, as a mother nurtures and guides her child.
The INAKAY CENTER FOR CHILD DEVELOPMENT begins with an assessment a child's psychological, developmental and learning needs to provide them with appropriate assistance and interventions.

Every child has the right to be nurtured, protected, educated and to be an integral part of the society.

Provides a play-based learning environment that builds essential skills for school readiness and fosters collaboration among families and educators. Laro services are designed for children (ages 2 to 5 years old) with or without developmental delays.

Provides early learning interventions and/or early childhood special education tailored to each's child's developmental capacity. Limlim services are designed for children age 6 to 12 years old with developmental delays who require specially designed instruction or related services.

Interventions and related services such as psycho-social assessment, mental health support, speech and occupational therapy, recreation, nutrition and health services, tutoring and coaching.

Provides essential life skills, pre-vocational, employability, and livelihood training to prepare the children and youth with disabilities for employment, sustainable income opportunities, and meaningful participation in an inclusive society.
